These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prestige Paper website and the purchase of products from Prestige Paper("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering and pricing
3.1 Product information
We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, and prices accurate. Errors can occasionally occur. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and offer the chance to confirm at the correct price or cancel.
3.2 Order acceptance
Orders are subject to acceptance by us. After you place an order you should receive a confirmation email; dispatch confirmation is when your order is accepted for fulfilment. We may cancel orders where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be completed.
3.3 Pricing and payment
Prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before dispatch unless we have agreed alternative credit terms in writing. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Delivery and risk
4.1 Delivery
We aim to dispatch most orders promptly after payment. Delivery timescales shown at checkout are estimates and may vary with stock and location. We are not liable for consequential losses arising solely from delivery delay.
4.2 Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection, if you collect). If you ask us to deliver to an address that is not your own, you confirm you are authorised to accept delivery there.
4.3 Failed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside our control, we will try to contact you. Re-delivery charges may apply.
5. Returns and cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Product quality
We expect products to be free from material defects under normal use and storage. Please report defective or incorrect goods promptly — ideally within 7 days of delivery — via Contact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where you buy as a consumer.
8. Intellectual property
Website content (text, images, logos, and trademarks) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, government action, or supplier failure.
11. Business customers
For trade or bulk buyers, additional terms (including credit) may be agreed in writing. Trade accounts may be subject to approval and agreed payment terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies when you place an order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms for future use.
